讀特客戶端·深圳新聞網(wǎng)2022年5月21日訊（記者 曹園芳 陳彬 實(shí)習(xí)記者 張佩君）5月19日，荔園小學(xué)李禮愛參加了“全國文學(xué)盛典研學(xué)訪采風(fēng)行‘非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)·二十四節(jié)氣’特別活動”，作為“鵬城小記者”“中華文化倡導(dǎo)者”“中華文化文學(xué)創(chuàng)作特長生”中的一員，她分享了自己對二十四節(jié)氣的認(rèn)識與感悟，以及她對傳承二十四節(jié)氣的踐行方式。
李禮愛在接受采訪時表示，2022北京冬奧會開幕式以二十四節(jié)氣為倒計(jì)時，給她留下了“驚喜”的印象，“‘驚’是因?yàn)閷⒅袊爬系膫鹘y(tǒng)文化、二十四節(jié)氣與現(xiàn)代的表演、體育運(yùn)動融合絕非易事，古今結(jié)合的舞臺呈現(xiàn)給了觀眾們絕佳的體驗(yàn)，‘喜’是因?yàn)槲沂志磁宓?，偉大的團(tuán)隊(duì)成功，也通過北京冬奧會這一平臺向世界展現(xiàn)了中國古老的詩詞與二十四節(jié)氣的文化?！痹谒磥恚Ｗo(hù)二十四節(jié)氣就是保護(hù)中國的傳統(tǒng)與獨(dú)特的文化，就是保護(hù)中國的靈魂底色。李禮愛認(rèn)為每一個人都有義務(wù)保護(hù)二十四節(jié)氣，“我將好好學(xué)習(xí)，加深對二十四節(jié)氣的理解與感悟，好讓自己以后有宣傳，傳承二十四節(jié)氣的能力?！?/p>

More than 2,000 Years ago, ancient Chinese created a framework to mark the annual passage of time based on observations of the sun's motion, called"The 24 Solar Terms." In the international meteorological field, the 24 solar terms are hailed as“the fifth greatest invention of China” In2016, the24 solar terms were included in the UNESCO's Representative List of the intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The24 Solar terms are Start of Spring, Rain Water, Insects Awaken, Spring Equinox, Clear and Bright, Grain Rain, Start of Summer, Grain Buds, Grain in Ear, Summer Solstice, Minor Heat, Major Heat, Start of Autumn, The End of Heat, White Dew, Autumn Equinox Cold Dew, Frost's Descent, Start of Winter, Minor Snow, Major Snow, Winter Solstice, Minor Cold and Major Cold. Summer Solstice and Winter Solstice are the two days of the year. with the longest and shortest amount of daylight respectively, while Spring Equinox and Autumn Equinox are days with the most balanced amount of daytime and night time. Through these four. points, a year is divided to four parts: Spring Summer Autumn and Winter.
In ancient times, this system not only guided agricultural production, but also directed Chinese folk customs. Nowadays, the24 Solar terms could not only be applied to farming, but also guide Chinese in everyday life. They remind people to adapt to the charges in the seasons through suitable foods and cultural rituals. Seasonal customs are still the rage, such as eating spring Pancakes at start of spring, sweeping ancestors’ tombs at Qingming, gaining weight to keep warm at the Start of Autumn, and eating nutritious food to store energy at Start of winter. They have actually become indispensable rituals in Chinese life with the deepening of people's understanding of traditional culture. This ancient time system has gained new charm and vitality in the new era.
The24 solar terms are a common cognitive system among Chinese. It reflects the emotional bond of the wisdom and creativity of Chinese who respect and live in harmony with nature. It has a profound impact on the way people think and their codes of conduct.

在兩千多年以前，中國人通過觀察太陽的運(yùn)動軌跡，創(chuàng)建了二十四節(jié)氣這個古老而科學(xué)的時間制度，稱為二十四節(jié)氣。在國際氣象界二十四節(jié)氣被譽(yù)為“中國第五大發(fā)明”。2016年二十四節(jié)氣被正式列入聯(lián)合國教科組織人類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表作名錄。
二十四節(jié)氣具體包括：立春，雨水，驚蟄，春分，清明，谷雨，立夏，小滿，芒種，夏至，小暑，大暑，立秋，處暑，白露，秋分，寒露，霜降，立冬，小雪，大雪，冬至，小寒，大寒，它分別以夏至、冬至作為一年之中白晝最長、最短的時間點(diǎn)，以春分、秋分作為晝夜最平衡的點(diǎn)。通過這四個時間點(diǎn)，一年分為四個部分：春、夏、秋、冬。
古時，這套時間制度不僅是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的指南針，還是民俗文化的風(fēng)向標(biāo)?，F(xiàn)在二十四節(jié)氣早已超越傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)耕生活，深入到中國人的衣食住行，它通過特殊的節(jié)令食物和文化儀式提示人們順應(yīng)季節(jié)的交替，節(jié)氣飲食習(xí)俗依然流行，像立春吃春餅，清明日掃墓踏青，立秋時貼秋膘，立冬補(bǔ)冬等鮮活的節(jié)氣依然流行，成為了中國人生活中不可缺少的儀式感。隨著人們對傳統(tǒng)文化的認(rèn)知不斷加深，這個古老的時間制度在新時代煥發(fā)出新的魅力和生機(jī)。
對中國人來說，二十四節(jié)氣是一個共同的認(rèn)知體系，體現(xiàn)的是一種集體認(rèn)同的情感紐帶，體現(xiàn)的是中國人尊重自然和諧相處的智慧和創(chuàng)造力，它深刻影響著中國人的思維方式和行為準(zhǔn)則。
